Privacy statement
Last updated:
Lubarma B.V. handles your personal data with care. This statement explains which data we process through this website, why we do so and what your rights are.
Who is responsible
Lubarma B.V., Wanraaij 55, 6673 DM Andelst, the Netherlands, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 77978536, is the controller for the processing described in this statement.
Questions about privacy can be sent to info@lubarma.nl or asked by phone on +31 65 31 64 179.
Which data we process
Through the contact form we receive:
- your name and email address;
- your company name, if you fill it in;
- the topic you choose and your message;
- the language of the page you sent the form from, and when you sent it.
What we use it for
We use this data only to respond to your enquiry, schedule an intake call and, if you wish, make you a proposal. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in answering questions from business contacts (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
We will not send you newsletters or other marketing without your consent, and we do not sell your data.
Visitor statistics and cookies
This website does not set cookies. To improve the site we use Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to measure how often pages are viewed and how quickly they load. This works without cookies and without recognising or following you across days; we only see aggregated figures.
The fonts are served from our own server, so your browser does not connect to Google Fonts for this site.
Who receives your data
The website is hosted by Vercel Inc., which processes data on our behalf as a processor. Transfers outside the European Economic Area are covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
Your enquiry is delivered as an email to our mailbox at Mijndomein, our Dutch email provider, which also acts as a processor on our behalf. We do not share your data with anyone else unless the law requires us to.
How long we keep it
If your enquiry does not lead to working together, we delete your data no later than twelve months after our last contact. If you become a client, we keep it for as long as we work together and afterwards for as long as the law requires, such as the seven-year Dutch tax retention period.
Security
The website is only available over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Only the people handling your enquiry have access to your data.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict its processing, to object, and to data portability. Send your request to info@lubarma.nl; we will respond within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
Changes
If the way we process data changes, we will update this statement. The date at the top shows when that last happened.
